Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page is provided for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), and for residents of other states with similar rights.
Our commitment
Kush Heaven Festival LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months. We use no advertising networks and no data brokers. Our analytics service (Google Analytics 4) is configured without Google Signals, without advertising personalization, and without any link to Google Ads, so it is not used for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not collect or use sensitive personal information, so there is nothing to limit under the “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” right.
Opt-out requests
Even though we do not sell or share personal information, you may record an opt-out request at any time, and we will confirm it in writing:
- Email info@kushheavenfest.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share,” or
- use the contact form with the same subject in your message.
You do not need an account, and we will not ask you to verify your identity for an opt-out request beyond the email address you use. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing. When your browser sends it, the Site does not load Google Analytics at all.
Your other rights
You also have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Details, including how we verify requests and our response times, are in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
