This Cookie Policy explains how kushheavenfest.com (the “Site”) uses cookies and similar technologies. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
1. The short version
The Site uses two kinds of cookies: strictly necessary security cookies set by Cloudflare, and Google Analytics cookies that help us understand how the Site is used. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, social-media plug-ins or session-replay tools. Google Analytics cookies are set only for visitors outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, which is why the Site does not show a cookie consent banner.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. “Session” cookies expire when you close your browser; “persistent” cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. “First-party” cookies are set by the site you are visiting; “third-party” cookies are set by other domains. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device fingerprinting, none of which the Site uses.

These cookies are set by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, only when needed to protect the Site. They do not track you across other websites. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under applicable law. Learn more in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.
The contact and sign-up forms use short-lived, single-use security tokens that are sent with your submission and are not stored on your device. The Site stores nothing in your browser’s local storage.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to measure traffic and understand which parts of the Site are used. It is configured with Google Signals and advertising personalization turned off, Google truncates IP addresses, and we do not link it to Google Ads. You can opt out at any time by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, by blocking cookies for this site, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. 5. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Blocking Google Analytics cookies has no effect on the Site. Blocking the strictly necessary Cloudflare cookies may cause a security check to appear more often, but the Site will still work.
6. Changes
If we add cookies that require consent in your region, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
