Accessibility Statement

Effective October 9, 2026

Kush Heaven Festival LLC wants everyone to be able to use kushheavenfest.com. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and we review the Site against those guidelines as it changes.

What we have built in

• Semantic structure with proper headings, landmarks and a skip link.
• Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators.
• Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages and status announcements for assistive technology.
• Text alternatives for images, including the event flyer and logo.
• High-contrast gold-on-black color palette and resizable text.
• Animations that are disabled automatically when your device’s “reduce motion” setting is on.
• Touch targets sized for mobile use and a layout that works on all screen sizes.

Known limitations

The event flyer is an image that contains text. All of its information (date, venue, address and admission requirements) is also provided as text on the page and in the image’s alternative text.

Event accessibility

Questions about physical accessibility at the venue, accommodations or assistance during the event can be sent to the same address before the event.
